  • 3.我选择在容器里发酵、现在的季节很快40分钟左右、不同的季节、用不同的方法发酵、秋冬季用隔热水发酵比较快些、
  • 4.分成大小一致的面团、大小一致烘培的成色也一致
  • 5.擀面团的时候放在面案板上操作(可按照个人喜好)、先擀开、抹果酱
  • 6.从下到上卷起来
  • 7.成为圆筒状
  • 8.用锋利的小刀、在面包胚上割几个口子、
  • 9.放进烤盘里、用烤箱二次发酵、时间60分钟、温度40、发酵完毕、烤箱预热、烤盘放在中层、开启热风模式、上下火150度、时间25分钟、
