复活节时,教堂姊妹团契的午餐,好几位姊妹都做了魔鬼蛋,在散场时把剩下的几个拿回家给领导尝尝,谁知领导大赞好嘢,只有学做啦。

  • 鸡蛋8枚
  • 瓶装腌菜3大匙(Sweet Salad Cubes)
  • 蛋黄酱3大匙
  • 芥茉酱1.5大匙
  • 精盐1/4小匙
  • 白糖1/8小匙
  • 白胡椒粉1/4小匙
  • 红椒粉1小匙(Paprika)

Steps to make 魔鬼蛋 Devil Eggs

  • 1.把鸡蛋白水煮至熟透,剥壳后对半切开,把蛋黄放在一大碗,蛋白放在魔鬼蛋盘子上。
  • 2.将砧板和刀用开水烫过,再用厨房纸擦干,倒入腌菜,剁成很细很细的粒状,因为材料等会要通过裱花咀,所以要剁得比较细。
  • 3.剁好后放在鸡蛋黄的碗里,再加入蛋黄酱3大匙、芥茉酱1.5大匙、精盐1/4小匙、白糖1/8小匙、白胡椒粉1/4小匙。
  • 4.把材料搅拌均匀。
  • 5. 专用裱花袋装入裱花咀,勺入蛋黄糊。
  • 6.将蛋黄糊挤在蛋的凹洞里后,再在表面撒一点点红椒粉做装饰。
  • 7. 一次吃不完的可盖上盖子,如果提供聚会聚餐的,用这种配有盖子的盒是挺方便的。
