  • 1.准备所有食材:手抓饼两块 ,取一个鸡蛋黄,豆沙馅搓成25g的小圆球,再准备少量的芝麻。
  • 2.手抓饼放软后从底部卷起 。
  • 3.切成四等分。
  • 4.小面剂竖起来,往下按成饼状。
  • 5.包上红豆沙馅。
  • 6.搓成圆形 。
  • 7.依次全部做好 。
  • 8.再用手按成饼状 。
  • 9.用小刀在表面划两个口 。
  • 10.刷上蛋黄液 。
  • 11.最后撒上黑芝麻 。
  • 12.烤箱预设,放入烤箱内 ,上下火180度烤20分钟即可 。
  • 13.成品。非常简单好操作 ,又酥又香甜。
