  • 1.软化后的黄油加糖粉、白砂糖打发。
  • 2.加入香草精。
  • 3.加入过筛的低粉。
  • 4.用刮刀翻拌均匀。
  • 5.裱花袋最好用两个套在一起,不容易挤破。
  • 6.根据裱花嘴的大小剪口,套上表花嘴。
  • 7.找一个圆柱形的容器,将表花带套上,把曲奇面糊装入裱花袋。
  • 8.180度预热烤箱,将面糊均匀的挤在烤盘上,间隔开距离。
  • 9.180度中层20分钟左右,上色即可。
