土豆炖排骨+花卷一锅出
吃过饭店做的炖鱼和帖饼,当时觉得很好吃,饼上有鱼汤,咬一口饼香和鲜汤的味道,总是让人停不下嘴来。今天在家给家人做土豆炖排骨和花卷,也是一锅出,真的是美味呀,连一向挑剔的妈妈也说好吃,而且也省事,不用另外蒸花卷了。

  • 排骨660克
  • 土豆230克
  • 发酵粉2克

  • 酱汁排骨酱1盒
  • 1克
  • 料酒10克
  • 食用油(花卷)少许

Steps to make 土豆炖排骨+花卷一锅出

  • 1.做花卷的原料:面粉、发酵粉和清水,发酵粉和清水混合。
  • 2.倒入面粉中,和成软一些的面团,放在温暖处醒发。
  • 3.做排骨的原料:排骨、土豆、葱、姜、蒜和酱汁排骨酱
  • 4.排骨洗净凉水入锅,倒入料酒去腥,焯去血水,捞出备用。
  • 5.土豆切块,葱、姜、蒜切小段。
  • 6.我用的是珐琅锅,珐琅锅小火加热后,放入排骨,煎至出油。
  • 7.下葱、姜、蒜,炒香。
  • 8.倒入开水,没过排骨即可,
  • 9.将排骨酱倒入锅中,中火烧开后,盖锅盖,小火焖煮40分钟。
  • 10.在炖排骨的时候,面团已经发酵完成了,将面团排气,擀成长方形,刷上油。
  • 11.从上往下卷起来,再切成段。
  • 12.从小面团的两侧慢慢抻长,再拧几圈,放在竹帘上醒几分钟。
  • 13.排骨已经炖烂,加入土豆块,这时可以品尝一下咸淡,再考虑是否加盐,我加了一点盐。
  • 14.再将卷子放在上面,盖在锅盖,依然用小火。
  • 15.20分钟后,打开锅盖,土豆炖排骨和花卷就可以上桌啦。
  • 16.沾上汤汁的花卷特别好吃,土豆是面的,排骨软烂,来,开吃。
