自制红豆沙

Steps to make 自制红豆沙

  • 1.红豆清洗干净,放入电压力锅。
  • 2.加入清水,没过红豆一指腹高。
  • 3.电压力锅按豆类按钮,煮约半小时。等到锅中热气放干净后开锅。
  • 4.开锅后,红豆已经软烂,并且锅中无水。
  • 5.用勺子将红豆稍稍碾压,并且晾凉。
  • 6.将晾凉的红豆分两次放入搅拌机,并加入适量的凉开水,搅拌。
  • 7.红豆蓉搅拌至图中的状态即可。
  • 8.将红豆蓉倒入无水无油的炒锅中。
  • 9.放入适量冰糖,量根据自己的口味调节。
  • 10.开小火,并不停的翻炒,使水分蒸发。
  • 11.炒制过程中加入1/8茶匙食盐。
  • 12.炒到食盐融化,红豆蓉水分完全蒸发为止。
  • 13.炒好的红豆沙放入保鲜盒,在冰箱保存。如需长期保存可以冷冻。
  • 14.用搅拌机打出来的豆沙口感没有洗沙做出来的细腻,但是也很不错,胜在省力啊。
