原味吐司
爸爸给我买了两瓶果酱,这个吐司就是专门用来配果酱的,原味吐司的简朴醇厚和草莓酱的新鲜融合在一起,简直是绝配哦!

  • 高筋面粉250g
  • 牛奶100g
  • 鸡蛋50g
  • 酵母3g
  • 2g
  • 黄油25g
  • 白砂糖25g

Steps to make 原味吐司

  • 1.材料备齐,黄油切开软化。
  • 2.除黄油外的所有材料放入大碗里混合成一个面团。
  • 3.加入黄油后,继续揉成一个光滑的面团。
  • 4.面团放入下面装有温水的锅中发酵至两倍大后分成三个小团团。
  • 5.擀长后向中间翻折再擀长。
  • 6.从上至下卷起放入吐司模中。
  • 7.面团发酵至两倍大后,表面刷上蛋液,放入烤箱175度烘烤40分钟,中途加盖锡纸。
  • 8.成品图。
