朱古力草莓大福
送福啦!春节期间为家人或是朋友送上一颗甜蜜的草莓大福吧!一般常的红豆沙我给换成了绿豆沙,再加上了朱古力,口感上更加丰富了,而且一般外层上常用的椰蓉我给换成了炒熟的糯米粉。一口下去,草莓的多汁在口中瞬间迸发,紧接着是绿豆沙的甜蜜和朱古力淡淡的一点苦味,正当感觉有点甜腻腻时,外层的糯米粉却又正好解了这个腻味。

Steps to make 朱古力草莓大福

  • 1.准备绿豆,洗净
  • 2.倒入没过绿豆的水量,放高压锅压熟
  • 3.放入料理机打成豆蓉
  • 4.平底锅内倒入适量油
  • 5.倒入打好的豆蓉
  • 6.开小火,慢慢翻炒,加入适量砂糖(按自家口味来定,可以先放少点尝下味道,不够再加)
  • 7.慢慢将豆沙中的水分炒干(中间要加几次油,油量也是一次一次慢慢加入)
  • 8.直到炒到豆沙能翻炒至团即可(如图)
  • 9.准备所需食材
  • 10.200g糯米粉内倒入220g清水,搅拌均匀
  • 11.放入蒸锅内蒸10分钟左右至熟
  • 12.在蒸糯米粉的时候,另起一锅倒入约80g糯米粉
  • 13.小火炒至糯米粉微黄,时间约10分钟左右
  • 14.草莓洗净,去蒂
  • 15.朱古力豆内加入适量黄油,隔水烧至融化
  • 16.取适量炒好的豆沙放入朱古力中
  • 17.将其搅拌均匀
  • 18.取适量朱古力豆沙馅,将草莓包入其中
  • 19.依次做好其余几个,放入冰箱冰上几分钟
  • 20.取适量蒸熟的糯米粘上些熟米粉揉成团
  • 21.将其压成圆饼(一边沾些熟糕粉一边做,防止粘手)
  • 22.将冰好的草莓包入其中
  • 23.慢慢包好,捏紧底部
  • 24.用手整好形即可食用
