Steps to make 花生派

  • 1.黄油室温软化, 搅拌成羽毛状;
  • 2. 加入糖粉,用电动搅拌器搅拌均匀;
  • 3. 将全蛋一个一个加入进去, 搅拌均匀后再加入下一个;
  • 4. 加入过筛的低筋面粉, 搅拌均匀;
  • 5. 加入杏仁粉和糖搅拌均匀;
  • 6. 将面团放入保鲜袋中, 再放入冰箱中冷藏一天;
  • 7. 拿出来的面团擀成比派盘大的0.3cm厚的圆片,覆盖在派皮上后用擀面杖擀去多余的边;
  • 8.熟花生用放入保鲜袋中擀成小粒;
  • 9. 麦芽糖、白糖和少量的水放入锅中加热;
  • 10. 不停地搅拌,从大气泡转为小气泡,.倒入捣碎的花生米;
  • 11. 搅拌均匀;
  • 12. 填入派皮中;
  • 13. 烤箱预热到180度,中下层,放入烤盘;
  • 14. 烘烤20分钟后香脆可口的花生派就出炉了。
