仔鸡烧毛豆
仔鸡烧毛豆是一道家常美味,婆婆托人在乡下买的小公鸡,毛重约750克,再好不过的原料,我在菜场买不到这么小的鸡,料好烧出来味道更好。大蒜瓣特别好吃,被我挑个净光。

Steps to make 仔鸡烧毛豆

  • 1.仔公鸡一只约550克
  • 2.打理干净斩成块
  • 3.葱切段、姜切片、蒜瓣多些约15个,干辣椒、八角,毛豆洗净备用
  • 4.炒锅倒上油放入葱姜、干辣椒、八角爆香
  • 5.倒入鸡块翻炒至断生加入料酒、白糖、老抽、水(没过鸡块)大火烧开转小火焖烧30分钟
  • 6.30分钟后加入毛豆、蒜瓣翻炒
  • 7.再烧10分钟,收干汤汁即可
