烤猪颈肉中我用了一种平时不常用的材料“柠檬叶”; 就为了做这个烤猪颈肉,特地让我妈妈帮忙买一
棵可以种的柠檬;我妈买回来后就电话通知我“这柠檬树好得不得了呀,有叶、有花、还有果,你要是不要的话,我有个老同事也喜欢呢,想送给她”,“这么好肯定要啦”......可等我一看到那传说中的柠檬树,傻眼了,只有几根小树枝,6片叶子,花就有7、8朵,所谓的柠檬可以PK蚊子      
美味的烤猪颈肉,有了柠檬叶的助阵(叶子太少,下不了手,只用了两片),吃起来就是不同,酸辣、清
香、油而不腻......

    Steps to make 烤猪颈肉

    • 1.备材料:柠檬叶、香菜杆、红、绿辣椒、葱均切碎
    • 2.把猪颈肉、所有调味料与柠檬叶、香菜杆、红、绿辣椒、葱混合拌均匀
    • 3.放冰箱腌上3小时以上,取出回温
    • 4.把肉、腌汁和其他配料一起放在烤盘里,淋下橄榄油在肉面上置180度的烤箱中烤30分钟,中途取出把底部翻过来烤,2次左右就行了
    • 5.30分钟后取出,在肉上涂扫上蜂蜜
    • 6.再进烤箱烤10分钟左右
    • 7.取出烤猪颈肉,稍晾凉,切块
    • 8.上碟,把烤肉汁与配料淋在烤猪颈肉上,即可食用
