米发糕 传统美味轻松做
特别喜欢这种发酵食物,想想那种特别的香甜味儿,不禁口水滴哒。我试着用大米磨粉来蒸,效果不是特别好,后来又买了预拌粉,这次做出来挺好呢,花儿开的特别好,吃起来也特别香软。
米发糕预拌粉分为粉包和辅料包,每套300克粉,8克辅料。做的时候按说明操作,绝对美。发酵食物需要时间的考验,我们耐心等待。
材料:米发糕预拌粉一套,300克粉,8克辅料 水约330克
调料:糖40克

Steps to make 米发糕

  • 1.将米发糕粉包倒在盆中,加上水,拌均匀。
  • 2.加上保鲜膜,自然发酵15小时以上(夏天常温,冬天需要放在温暖的地方),发酵好的糊糊充满汽泡,将40克糖和辅料包倒入糊糊中,拌均匀。
  • 3.小模具准备好,直接放在笼格中。
  • 4.倒入拌好的糊糊,八分满。
  • 5.坐锅烧水,水开后放上笼格,大火蒸30分钟。出锅即好。
