【椒盐串烤虾】
生活中,烤箱除了做烘焙、也是做菜不可缺少的厨电,烤鱼、烤翅、烤鸡.....,必不可少。
昨天晚餐时做了孩子们特别喜欢的椒盐串烤虾,其实还没开饭的时候,已经吃得吃不多了,小光头说,拿过虾的手指,吃起来都是美味的。

Steps to make 【椒盐串烤虾】

  • 1.准备好虾、葱、姜。
  • 2.虾洗净,剪去虾须、虾枪。
  • 3.用牙签在虾尾的第二节处挑去虾肠。
  • 4.加入适量拍碎的葱、姜,调入盐和料酒。
  • 5.抓匀腌制片刻,去腥入底味。
  • 6.用消毒过的竹签把虾依次串起来,并刷上一层食用油。
  • 7.平铺在网格烤网上,放入预热好的烤箱180度烤约15分钟,中途翻面一次。
  • 8.出炉,双面撒上椒盐即可。
