浓香入味的胡萝卜土豆焖鸭肉
这道土豆胡萝卜焖鸭,口感一点儿不输黄焖鸡,低脂少油更省事,特别适合秋天食用。

  • 料酒20克
  • 玉米淀粉15克

  • 酱油20克
  • 蚝油15克
  • 少许

Steps to make 浓香入味的胡萝卜土豆焖鸭肉

  • 1.鸭肉准备好。
  • 2.土豆、胡萝卜、青蒜、大蒜、姜准备好。
  • 3.连骨带肉剁小块。
  • 4.姜切粗丝、大蒜切片、小米辣切段。
  • 5.鸭肉入大碗,姜丝、大蒜、小米辣同入碗,倒适量酱油、蚝油、料酒、少许盐。
  • 6.充分拌匀,腌15分钟。
  • 7.土豆、胡萝卜切滚刀块。
  • 8.青蒜切小块。
  • 9.砂锅加热,倒少许油,蒜片炝锅。
  • 10.土豆、胡萝卜入锅翻炒裹上油脂。
  • 11.倒少许酱油和一碗水,水要没过食材。
  • 12.腌好的鸭肉撒2小勺玉米淀粉约20克,拌匀。
  • 13.鸭肉一块块铺码在土豆胡萝卜上面,连同腌料汁一同淋在肉上面。
  • 14.待汤沸腾后转小火,盖上盖子,焖炖25分钟。
  • 15.所有食材都熟了,轻轻翻拌,使鸭肉能浸润在汤汁中,敞开盖子,小火略收汁。
  • 16.起锅前撒青蒜段增色添香。
