  • 1.细挂面备用。
  • 2.瘦肉沫放入少许料酒、生抽、老抽和淀粉腌制十分钟左右。
  • 3.线椒洗净,去蒂,切碎。
  • 4.泡发好的香菇切碎。
  • 5.锅烧热放适量油,倒入肉沫煸炒,再倒入线椒加适量盐、少许生抽、老抽和五香粉炒香,继续倒入香菇加少许鸡精调味,翻炒几下即可。
  • 6.水烧开,下面条。
  • 7.捞出放入盘中,如图所示。
  • 8.浇汁。
  • 9.拌匀。
  • 10.香辣可口。
