  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.准备食材。
  • 3.将卷心菜切碎。
  • 4.将水、面粉、山药泥、撕开的鲣鱼高汤包倒入搅拌均匀。
  • 5.将卷心菜、小葱、鸡蛋放入搅拌均匀。

  • 7.将五花肉片平铺在面糊表面,饼边整形。
  • 8.翻面煎制4分钟左右。
  • 9.再翻面煎4分钟即可。

  • 11.将调味汁放入微波炉加热10-20秒至糖融化。
  • 12.将大阪烧盛出盘中,淋上酱汁。
