Steps to make 糖醋里脊

  • 1.里脊肉切条,加入盐、料酒、生抽、蚝油黑胡椒粉、蛋清,抓匀腌15分钟。
  • 2.小碗加入一点点淀粉与水调匀。
  • 3.入味的里脊肉条加入淀粉,使其每条都裹上淀粉。
  • 4.锅中放油,一条条放入油锅炸至微黄捞出。
  • 5.第二次复炸捞出装盘。
  • 6.重先起锅入少量油。
  • 7.倒入蕃茄酱,让油跟蕃茄酱拌匀,再加入白糖,拌匀。
  • 8.倒入调好的水淀粉,迅速拌开,使其成漂亮的汁。
  • 9.淋入盘中的里脊肉上,就可上桌罗。
