奶香蔓越莓饼干
在烘焙中,蔓越莓总是很百搭的,平时没事儿就会用朗姆酒腌渍上一些,随时想用的时候都能很方便的拿来就用~

材料:
低筋面粉250g,黄油110g,糖粉100g,蛋液50g,酒渍蔓越莓80g

Steps to make 奶香蔓越莓饼干

  • 1.黄油在室温下软化后加入糖粉
  • 2.先手动搅散混合均匀
  • 3.然后开启电动打蛋器打发至颜色变浅、体积膨大的状态
  • 4.分2~3次加入蛋液
  • 5.搅打均匀(每次都要等之前加入的蛋液完全和黄油融合后再加入下一次)
  • 6.筛入低筋面粉
  • 7.混合拌匀
  • 8.加入沥干的酒渍蔓越莓
  • 9.混合拌匀
  • 10.隔保鲜膜,将面团装入饼干模具中压实,送入冰箱中冷冻约30分钟
  • 11.冻硬后,切成厚度约4mm的片状
  • 12.依次摆放入烤盘中
  • 13.送入预热好的烤箱中层,180度约20分钟
  • 14.出炉晾凉后密封保存
