凉拌芋丸

  • 小芋头250g
  • 土豆淀粉80g
  • 干辣椒碎1匙
  • 泡椒1个
  • 白芝麻1匙
  • 酱油1勺
  • 陈醋1勺
  • 半匙

Steps to make 凉拌芋丸

  • 1.小芋头入锅蒸20分钟。
  • 2.蒸熟剥去外皮。
  • 3.用捣泥器压成泥。
  • 4.倒入土豆淀粉。
  • 5.和成团。
  • 6.手上抹少许油,搓成一个个小丸子。
  • 7.再用捣泥器的柄将小丸子压出一个小窝。
  • 8.大火蒸10分钟后开盖,放凉。
  • 9.准备葱花、蒜末、泡椒、干辣椒碎、白芝麻。
  • 10.浇上热油,炝出香气。
  • 11.倒入酱油、陈醋、香油、糖拌匀。
  • 12.倒入芋丸。
  • 13.拌匀即可。
  • 14.成品。滑滑爽爽,酸辣Q弹又开胃。
