葱香早餐包
今天做了葱香早餐包,早晨不爱做早饭的时候,两个小葱香早餐包,加一杯热牛奶或者豆浆就解决啦。

  • 酵母4克
  • 黄油30克

Steps to make 葱香早餐包

  • 1.酵母用温水泡开,静置几分钟,然后除黄油外的所有食材放入厨师机中揉匀。
  • 2.先用2档开始揉,成面团后加入黄油,并用6档在揉至面团光滑。盖上保鲜膜进行第一次发酵,温度35℃,60分钟。
  • 3.发酵好的面团,用手指戳一下,不塌陷不回弹即可。排气之后,平均分成6等份,盖上保鲜膜松弛15分钟。
  • 4.松弛好的面团用擀面杖擀平,加一点豆沙馅再卷起,放在面包模中。放入烤箱中,进行二次发酵,温度35℃,60分钟。
  • 5.依次刷蛋液、撒芝士碎、番茄酱、沙拉酱、撒葱花。烤箱上下火温度180℃,烤15分钟就好了。葱香扑鼻,松软好吃。
