    • 1.鸡肉切成丁,加入适量盐,胡椒粉,生抽及食用油腌制十分钟。

    • 3.山药洗净去皮切成小段加水浸泡防氧化。
    • 4.准备砂锅加入纯净水烧开,下泡好的大米搅拌一下煮开( 期间看火防溢出来)。
    • 5.煮至大米略开花时,放入山药段继续煮十五分钟,期间要搅动一下,防粘锅。
    • 6.煮至粥快粘稠时,下入鸡丁继续煮五分钟,期间要不停的搅动防粘锅。
    • 7.煮至粥香浓时,加入适量盐及少许食用油,葱花调味即可。
    • 8.即将出锅。
