芝士葱香包
北海道土司的面团,加上芝士和香葱别有一番风味哦

  • 全麦面粉100g

  • 奶粉15g
  • 鸡蛋30g
  • 酵母4g
  • 淡奶油80g
  • 90g
  • 植物油15g
  • 芝士片一片

Steps to make 芝士葱香包

  • 1.除植物油和表面装饰的材料外,所有材料放面包机开启和面程序一次,结束后放入植物油,再开启一次和面程序,将面团揉至扩展阶段。揉好的面团进行基础发酵
  • 2.发酵好后,取出排气。一分为二,进行整形。
  • 3.三折卷起即可,然后压扁。原谅我比较豪放的造型,有时候这种面包会带来不一样的感觉哦。整理好后进行二次发酵
  • 4.芝士片切成条状,葱切碎
  • 5.发酵好的面团表面刷鸡蛋液
  • 6.撒适量芝士碎
  • 7.铺上芝士条
  • 8.挤上番茄酱,撒上葱碎
  • 9.烤箱上下火180度,烤20分钟
