  • 1.1.准备食材:虾仁:250g
  • 2.准备食材:荸荠:适量,盐:5g, 糖:20g,番茄酱:70g,白胡椒:适量。料酒:适量
  • 3.虾仁袪除纱线,洗净并控干水份,用少许盐、白胡椒腌制入味。在给虾仁入底口的这段时间,把荸荠改下刀,从中间一分为二。我还作了个胡萝卜花,准备作摆盘造型。
  • 4.虾仁经过10-15分钟的腌制,就可以开始炒制了。锅热后,倒入适量的油。
  • 5.油热后,倒入虾仁煸炒至打卷。
  • 6.倒入荸荠,烹入适量料酒,加入番茄酱,盐,糖迅速翻炒。
  • 7.番茄酱均匀挂在食材上,关火出锅。
