木耳土豆丝春饼
春饼是用热水烫面和成面团,烙制的薄饼,一般要卷菜而食。春饼与菜放在一个盘子里,肉菜素菜都可以,吃春饼时随意夹入饼内。立春吃春饼有喜迎春季、祈盼丰收之意。

  • 4.放入盐、生抽、醋翻炒均匀,加味精、香油调味即可。
  • 5.盛到盘中,即可享用。
  • 6.备好的春饼加热。
  • 7.把土豆丝放到饼的中间。
  • 8.包起来就可以吃了。
