手指饼干-过万圣节咯
每年的万圣节都会和秋收节一起度过,今年的疫情把每一件事情过的忙忙叨叨。前几天忽然想吃手指饼干了,一想到已经过了万圣节也不好买到了,那就动手自己制作一些吧,我把糖度降到了最低,口感出乎意料的好,配上一杯咖啡,简直觉得喜欢的小生活又回来了。

  • 巧克力粉2克
  • 全蛋30克
  • 蜂蜜少许
  • 杏仁或巴旦木少许

  • 1.黄油100克称重,软化。
  • 2.加入60克糖粉。
  • 3.此时将30克全蛋液倒入继续打发。
  • 4.用打蛋器混合均匀。
  • 5.打发。
  • 6.低筋面粉称重149克。
  • 7.2克巧克力粉称重,为的是让手指饼干的颜色更好看一些。
  • 8.黄油中加入面粉,搅拌均匀。
  • 9.将饼干揉成饼干的模样。
  • 10.将杏仁沾少许蜂蜜粘连在饼干尖,当指甲盖。
  • 11.烤箱200度预热5分钟,180度25分钟即可出炉。
  • 12.晾晾就可以享受啦。
