  • 黄油130g
  • 酵母5g
  • 5g
  • 30g
  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 牛奶130ml

Steps to make 丹麦红豆土司

  • 1.后油法和面直到拉出筋膜为止
  • 2.在温暖处发酵到两倍大
  • 3.100克黄油用保鲜袋装起来,像这样擀成长方形
  • 4.发好的面擀出气泡,中间放上黄油片
  • 5.两端对折
  • 6.再对折,擀平放冰箱冷藏,如此这样反复三次
  • 7.冰箱每次冷藏至少15分钟,最后一次擀平后,放上蜜红豆
  • 8.编成辫子
  • 9.二次发酵至八分满,烤箱185度,45分钟
  • 10.烤好的样子
  • 11.撕开里面的组织看起来很棒,尝一下,绵软,奶香味十足,蜜红豆的香甜也使土司的味道更加美味
