  • 1.准备好所有材料
  • 2.银耳放入水中浸泡30分钟以上
  • 3.木瓜去皮、去种子,然后切成小块
  • 4.银耳泡软洗净去蒂,撕成小朵
  • 5.红枣枸杞冲洗干净
  • 6.准备一锅水,放入银耳红枣,盖上锅盖,开大火煮至沸腾,关小火在煮30分钟
  • 7.加入木瓜、枸杞
  • 8.根据自己口味加入适量冰糖在煮10分钟关火即可。
