容我慢慢道来,事情是酱紫滴:亲亲今天放学很高兴的跟我讲‘妈妈,今天我在很多同学的本子上留爪印了’我一听有些纳闷,听不太明白。亲亲解释‘你们不是总是说留爪印吗,今天在我这儿背课文过关的同学的书上我都签字了,我也留了爪印了’哈哈哈~~~ 笑尿我啦

晚上揉了粉,本来想做桂花年糕的,正做着又想起了这事~~~来了兴致、喊来亲亲玩真正的爪印罗。话说开学以来、亲亲很久没跟我一起玩过粉粉面团了,当给她放松放松了

Steps to make 蜜豆爪印糕

  • 1.准备好所有的材料。
  • 2.糯米粉、粳米粉、澄粉混合均匀,酌情添加温水,揉成图中所示的面团。
  • 3.扯一小块面团,搓成细条、和上蜜豆,紧握成形。
  • 4.紧握成形后的样子。啦啦啦~~~ 留下爪印
  • 5.蒸架上铺纱布,放上糕,冷水入锅,上气后蒸约15分钟,关火后焖三五分钟开锅。
  • 6.其实就是一条条的小年糕,热吃软乎乎的、我们家喜欢吃晾凉后韧韧的。
