小熊翻糖蛋糕
买了翻糖膏和干佩斯,要近快用完,要不然剩下时间长了会干掉的,所以又做了个小熊翻糖蛋糕

  • 细砂糖10克

Steps to make 小熊翻糖蛋糕

  • 1.淡奶油加细砂糖打发
  • 2.抹在六寸蛋糕表面和立面上
  • 3.操做垫,手上抹点白油,取一块翻糖膏揉团后擀成片,能盖住整个蛋糕胚
  • 4.铺在蛋糕胚上,多余的用滚刀裁掉,用工具抹平
  • 5.剩下的翻糖膏擀成小长条用球笔压一遍,压出花印
  • 6.在蛋糕底部抹一圈蜂蜜,把花纹边沾上
  • 7.再取一条,用膜具压出纹路,我用干净的木梳
  • 8.在刚才围边的上面抹蜂蜜,然后沾上去,围一圈
  • 9.取干佩斯一块搓圆,稍微按扁点,用黑豆安上眼睛
  • 10.搓一小条,断两截安在头顶做耳朵,干佩斯加红色素做小鼻子
  • 11.剩下的红色干佩斯擀片,用花膜具印上小花,
  • 12.取出小花,两个落一起放在头顶耳朵上的位置
  • 13.取干佩斯做小熊的身体
  • 14.再搓两个小条做胳膊,沾蜂蜜安上
  • 15.干佩斯擀成薄片
  • 16.围在小熊的身上做裙子,裙子上边按压一圈
  • 17.同样做几朵小花沾在裙子上
  • 18.小熊公主做好后沾在蛋糕上
  • 19.取一块干佩斯(昨天剩下的两种合在一起了)搓一下,做另一个小熊的衣服
  • 20.擀成片断成斜边形
  • 21.小熊王子的头和身体也是同样的做法,把以服围在身体上
  • 22.白色干佩斯擀细条围在脖子上,做为领带
  • 23.底部刷蜂蜜挨着小公主沾上
