花生酱夹心蛋糕

Steps to make 花生酱夹心蛋糕

  • 1.提前把花生酱隔热水融化成液体。
  • 2.倒入小模具,放冰箱冷冻冻硬。
  • 3.细砂糖加入鸡蛋,用手动搅拌器,搅拌至糖溶化。
  • 4.加入牛奶搅拌至均匀。
  • 5.低筋面粉、可可粉和泡打粉过筛加入鸡蛋糊里。
  • 6.然后,翻拌成顺滑无颗粒状。
  • 7.黄油提前隔热水溶化。
  • 8.把融化好的黄油倒入面糊中,翻拌均匀。
  • 9.翻拌好的面糊装进裱花袋,冰箱冷藏1小时。
  • 10.取出玛芬模具,放入纸托。
  • 11.把冻硬好的花生酱切成小块。
  • 12.取出冷藏好的面糊,挤入一半到纸杯模具中,把花生酱轻轻的放在面糊上面。
  • 13.然后,把剩余面糊挤进去覆盖花生酱。
  • 14.烤箱提前预热,上下火190度,烘烤15分钟。
  • 15.出炉后,放凉即可。
  • 16.成品欣赏。
