面包机版花式面包
这是去姐家之前匆忙给姐的孙子做的面包,孩子网上看到我发的玫瑰花面包,特喜欢,不过要求用面包机作个大面包。偶的面包机已经老化了,忘记在外围包上锡纸,出来的结果有点不过了哦!不过味道蛮好,尤其是那个看上去有点深色的边边还酥酥脆脆的,好吃!

  • 牛奶130g
  • 白糖40g
  • 蛋液40g
  • 色拉油40g
  • 酵母4g
  • 2g

Steps to make 面包机版花式面包

  • 1.牛奶、鸡蛋等液体依次加入面包桶,糖加在一边角落,盐加在另一边角落,筛入高筋面粉,在面粉上面挖一个小洞,放上酵母后再盖上面粉
  • 2.启动两个和面程序,然后再启动发面程序发酵1小时,取出排气揉匀
  • 3.均匀的分成12个面团,盖上保鲜膜饧15分钟
  • 4.取4个面团,擀成圆形,撒上黑加仑
  • 5.从一头卷起,成玫瑰花型,中间切开
  • 6.每个面包心部用一枚黑加仑点缀,码入面包桶
  • 7.启动酸奶程序,二发50分钟,刷上蛋液
  • 8.启动烘烤程序
  • 9.OK!出炉,晚上做的,光线不大好哦!
