非油炸甜甜圈(烤箱版)

  • 2.一次和面程序结束加入黄油,再开启和面程序一次
  • 3.我这淡奶油的方子就是这么好出膜,和面搞定,发酵面团
  • 4.什么时候发酵到面团2—2.5倍大什么时候为止(不管用什么方法发酵)
  • 5.进行排气,排气完了静置面团15分钟
  • 6.面团擀成半厘米左右厚度的面片
  • 7.我没有甜甜圈膜具就用的它扣外圆
  • 8.内圆用的裱花嘴转换器,就是这么智慧哈
  • 9.全部整好放烤箱或室温发酵(烤箱的话底下放盘热水)
  • 10.发酵到1.5—2倍大,发酵好用喷水喷些水这样面包不会烤干(此步骤非常重要,发不起不能烤
  • 11.烤箱提前预热10分钟,进烤箱上下火170中层,烤15分钟左右(具体时间温度以自己烤箱而定)
  • 12.黑白巧克力独立放裱花袋里先不要剪口隔水加热成液体
  • 13.烤好的圈圈依次涂上巧克力,撒上彩色糖针,等巧克力凝固以后可以吃了
