Steps to make 红烧老黄瓜

  • 1.老黄瓜去皮去籽洗净切厚片
  • 2.准备油辣椒,葱花和蒜片
  • 3.热锅温油下蒜片爆香
  • 4.加入黄瓜不断煸炒出香味
  • 5.倒入生抽和老抽煸炒均匀
  • 6.加入油辣椒
  • 7.加入开水盖上大火烧开后转小火烧至黄瓜熟软
  • 8.打开转大火收汁加入鸡精后熄火出锅
  • 9.盛入碗中撒上葱花上桌
