  • 1.肉沫依次加入适量香葱沫、生抽、盐和食用油调好。
  • 2.取面粉适量,加入温水和成面团,成型后醒15分钟。
  • 3.将大面团分成小面团,每个小面团可在40-50克左右。(面团大小依烙饼的锅而定)
  • 4.将小面团擀开
  • 5.摊上调好的肉沫
  • 6.用刀在上面开四个小口。
  • 7.接下来开始对折,先折左
  • 8.折中间部分
  • 9.折右边部分
  • 10.折成一个小面饼
  • 11.将折好的面饼轻轻擀开,厚约0.5左右。
  • 12.锅烧热,加入少许食用油,约5成热,加入肉饼,调成中到大火间烙制,期间要适当翻制。肉饼膨起,双面金黄即可出锅。
