Steps to make 南瓜芝麻面包卷

  • 1.食材称好,南瓜提前入蒸锅隔水蒸熟,去皮后用筷子搅拌成泥,晾凉备用。(建议用老南瓜,口味更甜,颜色更金黄。)
  • 2.面粉中间挖小坑放入酵母粉,再用面粉盖上。在一侧倒入盐,避免酵母粉与盐直接接触,影响活性。
  • 3.倒入南瓜泥。
  • 4.启动按键,开始和面。
  • 5.和成团后进行发酵。
  • 6.发酵至两倍大。
  • 7.把面团平均分成8份揉圆。
  • 8.取一份擀成长条状,涂上一层芝麻酱。
  • 9.从一端卷起来,收口向下。
  • 10.表面刷上一层蜂蜜水,沾上熟芝麻,轻轻的按几下。
  • 11.依次做好放入烤盘中,盖上保鲜膜。
  • 12.再次发酵稍微变大。
  • 13.烤箱提前预热:上下175度,放中层,烤20分钟。
