Steps to make 玉米面菜团子

  • 1.备好所有食材,洗干净。
  • 2.胡萝卜先切成硬币厚薄片。
  • 3.再切成图中粗细的丝。
  • 4.胡萝卜丝有点长,切成几段。
  • 5.小白菜切成细丝。
  • 6.锅中淡盐水烧开把胡萝卜丝放入焯烫二分钟。
  • 7.把切成细丝的小白菜也放入,水开烫一分钟就可以捞出所有的菜,放入冷水盆中,凉后攥干水分放入大碗中。
  • 8.打入三颗鸡蛋打散小火炒至小块。
  • 9.把鸡蛋和所有调味料放入菜中。
  • 10.搅拌均匀。
  • 11.最后加入少量白面搅拌均匀。
  • 12.用手轻攥成菜团。
  • 13.盘中倒入玉米面,把菜团子放入滚均匀。
  • 14.用手轻攥至图中状态。
  • 15.再滚一遍玉米面。
  • 16.依次做好摆入蒸屉,冷水上锅,水开蒸八到十分钟就可以了。
  • 17.外皮薄香的菜团子就完成了。
  • 18.吃辣的可以调点酱油醋辣椒油,这样吃特别清香。
