水果果酱乳酪塔
主料是塔皮的材料,辅料是馅料的材料。最近水果很多,都很好吃,之前做的苹果百香果果酱也还有,做了这个小点心吃。甜咸适宜,奶香味浓,加上百香果香酸的味道,口感层次非常丰富。

  • 低筋面粉40g
  • 杏仁粉10g
  • 黄油20g
  • 细砂糖4g
  • 1小撮
  • 淡奶油5g
  • 奶油奶酪15g
  • 细砂糖8g
  • 淡奶油25g
  • 鸡蛋10g

Steps to make 水果果酱乳酪塔

  • 1.黄油里面加入低筋面粉,杏仁粉,细砂糖,盐,淡奶油,搓成细碎状,放入冰箱冷藏1小时左右
  • 2.从冰箱里拿出冷藏的面团,擀成3mm厚的面皮
  • 3.放置于模具之中,用叉子扎上小孔,入烤箱175度烘焙10分钟
  • 4.奶油奶酪软化之后,加入细砂糖,淡奶油,鸡蛋,搅拌均匀
  • 5.半熟的塔皮拿出,装入奶酪酱
  • 6.烤箱175度继续烤15分钟左右
  • 7.待凉了之后,装上果酱即可,亦可以再挤上淡奶油,撒上水果,更为好吃
