细长小土司
朋友说最近我的面食好像进步了很多,

其实小秘诀是我把揉面的事情交给了面包机。

面包机不光揉面团做面包,揉出来的膜很好,

做中式的馒头之类,揉的面也相当的均匀。

  • 高筋250G
  • 80G
  • 黄油30G
  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 酵母2G
  • 40G
  • 1G

Steps to make 细长小土司

  • 1.原料备用。
  • 2.除黄油以外,所有原料放入面包机。
  • 3.选择“和面”功能.原料成光滑的面团后,加入切成小块的黄油。
  • 4.继续揉到黄油全部吸收,产生筋膜。
  • 5.选择“发酵”功能,基础发酵.
  • 6.发酵到2倍大左右。
  • 7.发酵好的面团松弛一下,分成9等份。
  • 8.其中的六份,取一小份擀成长条。
  • 9.然后卷起。
  • 10.放入土司盒内。
  • 11.最后发酵到模具的8-9分满。
  • 12.180度烤箱中层约烤30分钟,出炉后立刻刷一层融化的黄油。
