红糖花生软曲奇
方子改自君之的“葡萄巧克力软曲奇”,我没有葡萄干,就换成了花生,结果就出现了我这个方子。

  • 泡打粉2g

  • 红糖40g
  • 热水50g
  • 花生碎30g
  • 植物油30g
  • 巧克力豆20g

Steps to make 红糖花生软曲奇

  • 1.红糖中倒入热水,搅拌一下,使红糖融化,放置一边冷却备用
  • 2.花生炒熟去皮,用擀面杖压碎。要的就是这个颗粒感,所以我没用料理机
  • 3.碗中称出适量的植物油,将冷却的红糖水倒入植物油中、再加入盐混合均匀
  • 4.将粉类混合
  • 5.筛入到糖水混合物中
  • 6.用刮刀搅拌均匀
  • 7.倒入花生碎
  • 8.倒入巧克力豆拌匀
  • 9.用手取一小块整理出自己想要的形状
  • 10.排入烤盘,依次做完所有面团。烤箱上下火180度预热,送入预热好的烤箱,180度烤12分钟左右
