  • 1.准备好食材:如图(腊鱼需焯水因为很硬)。
  • 2.将腊鱼剁成小块。
  • 3.将辅料改刀切好备用。
  • 4.锅中多放点油,油温稍微高一点才放腊鱼下去煸炒。
  • 5.炒至腊鱼有点干香了,调适量的料酒去腥需大火炒。
  • 6.然后将腊鱼推向一边,放入辅料小火煸香。
  • 7.然后中火继续煸炒,调点糖,胡椒粉,酱油增香,(腊鱼本身没咸味的)。
  • 8.最后放入葱段翻炒一下下即可。
