  • 老干妈豆豉油半汤勺

  • 草鲢鱼鱼头1000克
  • 剁椒酱1瓶

  • 食用油2~3茶匙
  • 料酒2汤匙

Steps to make 剁椒鱼头

  • 1.准备好食材
  • 2.把鱼头洗干净(我是买鱼时帮我洗好)去掉鱼肚里的黑色,冲洗干净,用1小勺半的盐和2汤匙的料酒腌制20分钟左右
  • 3.用一碗,把蒜压成蒜泥,姜2片切末,剁椒,老干妈豆豉油半汤匙,蒸鱼豉油和在一起,调拌均匀
  • 4.盘子里用姜片,葱垫底
  • 5.腌制好的鱼冲洗干净,把调好的剁椒均匀的铺在鱼头上
  • 6.热水上锅蒸10~15分钟(根据鱼头的大小决定)
