  • 1.准备好所有的食材。
  • 2.五花肉洗净切小块。
  • 3.放入碗中加入姜片。
  • 4.加入李锦记秘制红烧汁。
  • 5.抓拌均匀腌制20分钟。
  • 6.土豆切切厚片用淡盐水浸泡。
  • 7.腌制好的肉块裹满米粉蒸料。
  • 8.土豆铺在碗底。
  • 9.把裹满米粉的肉块铺在土豆片上面。
  • 10.电压锅内胆加入适量的清水放入锅架把肉碗放在上面。
  • 11.盖上盖子,选择营养炖-排骨。
