山药羊肉汤

Steps to make 山药羊肉汤

  • 1.羊腿骨洗净后焯水。
  • 2.将焯水的骨头洗净放入砂锅中,加入水,葱姜开火炖煮。中大火煮开,小火炖煮。
  • 3.在炖骨头的时候,将羊肉洗净切成小块。
  • 4.将羊肉焯水后洗净。
  • 5.羊骨汤已经煮开了,加入羊肉继续炖煮。
  • 6.铁棍山药去皮洗净切段。
  • 7.羊汤炖煮大约2小时后,加入山药继续炖煮。煮至山药熟透。
  • 8.在大碗中放入葱末,香菜末,盐倒入煮好的羊汤,山药,羊肉。加入自己喜欢的胡椒粉或辣椒粉等调味即可享用。
