  • 牛奶90克
  • 酵母2克
  • 1克
  • 20克
  • 黄油20克
  • 红茶3克

Steps to make 红茶面包棒

  • 1.准备好食材后,把面粉放盆中,加入红茶拌匀。
  • 2.加入盐、糖、酵母、牛奶拌匀,和成团。
  • 3.加入软化的黄油。
  • 4.揉为光滑的面团,盖上保鲜膜,进行第一次发酵。
  • 5.面团发酵至2倍大。
  • 6.取出面团排气后,再揉圆,盖上保鲜膜醒10分钟。
  • 7.面团二次排气,擀开。
  • 8.切为大小相宜的面包条。
  • 9.放烤盘上进行二次发酵。
  • 10.烤箱预热180度,上下火,烤20分钟左右。
  • 11.烤好的面包棒,味道好极了哦。
