  • 牛奶150克
  • 无味食用油25克
  • 牛奶150克
  • 10克重的巧克力球8个
  • 白豆沙约200克
  • 细砂糖25克

Steps to make 这种月饼超好吃——杏仁巧克力冰皮月饼

  • 1.把澄粉、糯米粉、细砂糖混合,搅拌均匀。
  • 2.把食用油倒入牛奶中,充分搅拌均匀。
  • 3.搅拌好的2倒入粉类混合物中。
  • 4.搅拌均匀。
  • 5.搅拌好的面糊上锅蒸至水分吸干,粉类熟透,中间取出来搅拌几次。
  • 6.小姨从马来西亚带回来的巧克力,外面沾裹一层可可粉,中间有大杏仁,单个重约10克,味道超赞,取出备用。
  • 7.蒸好的月饼皮用料晾凉后分成30克一个的小剂子,白豆沙分成25克一个的小剂子。
  • 8.取一个白豆沙剂子用手捏成圆片状,拿一个巧克力放入中间。
  • 9.用豆沙把巧克力包起来,收好口。
  • 10.取一个30克的月饼皮按扁,把包有巧克力的豆沙球包入其中,轻轻搓圆。
  • 11.月饼球沾少许炒熟的糯米粉,放入月饼模具中。
  • 12.均匀用力,压制成月饼形状,取出模具。月饼入冰箱冷藏数小时后食用口味更佳。
