  • 1.准备面团料
  • 2.把转化糖浆和枧水倒入大碗
  • 3.搅拌均匀

  • 7.调制成软硬适度的面团
  • 8.放置1小时
  • 9.取一份莲蓉(约12克),搓圆,按扁
  • 10.放入一份菠萝馅(约12克),包好,搓成小球,
  • 11.做好馅料后,把面团分割成6克一个剂子
  • 12.取一个剂子,按扁
  • 13.放入莲蓉菠萝馅
  • 14.把面皮慢慢上推,包住馅料
  • 15.收口,搓圆
  • 16.月饼模中装少许面粉,摇晃均匀,倒出
  • 17.放入月饼坯
  • 18.扣在案台上压实,推出
  • 19.全部做好,放入烤盘,表面喷少许水,放入预热180度的烤箱,烤约5分钟
  • 20.取出,刷蛋液,再放回烤箱,烤约15-20分钟
  • 21.表面金黄出炉
