Steps to make 阿拉棒

  • 1.黄油室温下软化后糖粉、鸡蛋混合.
  • 2.低筋面粉过筛倒入粉盆中,揉成面团。
  • 3.面团均分成两份,其中一份揉入可可粉.
  • 4.用保鲜膜包好,静置松弛半个小时。
  • 5.松弛好的面团擀成厚度为0.5厘米的长方形面片。
  • 6.切成等宽的条形。
  • 7.烤箱预热180°中层、25分钟,烤到表面微黄即可。
