鲜奶油面包
这款面包用的孟老师的方子,做了一点修改,把奶酥粒改成椰蓉了,因为家里黄油用完了!!/(ㄒoㄒ)/~~
不过由于面包没有用一滴水,全是奶油和牛奶和的面,烤好的面包香甜柔软,妈妈特别喜欢,说是比外面卖的味道还好,哈哈
口感和味道都非常棒的面包哦,还是消耗淡奶油的一款好方子哦

  • 高粉200g
  • 淡奶油100g
  • 白砂糖30g
  • 蛋黄1个
  • 干酵母3g
  • 牛奶40g
  • 1/5tsp
  • 黄油20g

Steps to make 鲜奶油面包

  • 1.材料;
  • 2.淡奶油和牛奶、蛋黄等液体加入;
  • 3.加高粉;
  • 4.盐和糖分开在两角放,中间放酵母;
  • 5.面包机揉光滑后加黄油揉光滑,取出;
  • 6.揉至完全阶段,出手套膜;
  • 7.发酵至两倍大后揉匀排气,分成三份;
  • 8.每份面团再分成三小份,揉成条;
  • 9.编辫子;
  • 10.放在不沾烤盘上;喷水、二发;
  • 11.撒椰蓉装饰,预热好的烤箱180°,20min。
