椰香白吐司
一直惦记着冰箱里的一瓶花生酱,是前几天做的,太香了,所以特意做了这个白吐司,准备明天早上抹花生酱吃.

  • 高粉200克
  • 低粉50克
  • 黄油12克
  • 酵母2克
  • 牛奶180克
  • 白糖15克

Steps to make 椰香白吐司

  • 1.将高粉,低粉,白糖,盐先放入大碗中.酵母倒入温牛奶中溶化.然后将溶化的酵母牛奶液加入到粉中。
  • 2.接着开始揉面团,直至出现透明薄膜状且不易破掉。
  • 3.将面团放温暖处醒至2.5倍大。
  • 4.醒发好的面团取出按压排气,平均分成三等份.取其中一个小面团,擀成椭圆形。
  • 5.自上而下卷起,三个都擀卷好后,放一边松弛15分钟左右,然后再进行一次擀卷。
  • 6.放入模具,进行二次醒发。
  • 7.醒发至八九分满
  • 8.刷上蛋液,撒上椰蓉,放入烤箱170度35分钟左右.途中上色后加盖锡纸.
