  • 1.带鱼治净。
  • 2.放料酒、八角、盐、葱姜,腌十分钟后再拍上面粉。
  • 3.备葱姜蒜、干辣椒、生抽、醋、糖。
  • 4.炒锅烧热倒适量的油,放带鱼中火煎至两面金黄。
  • 5.煎鱼的油倒掉,倒一些新油,放干辣椒、葱姜蒜炒香,倒入味汁(酱油、醋、盐、糖、胡椒粉)和热水烧开。
